Maintenance

We provide service packages to cover a wide range of escalator and lifting equipment from passenger lifts, goods lifts, dock levellers, chair lifts, scissor lifts to dumb waiters, etc.

Eastern Lift Services offers a free of charge survey to determine the type of maintenance package that best suits your needs. Listed below are the four maintenance packages that we offer.


Bronze

At each service our engineer will provide:

  • Cleaning
  • Lubricating
  • Adjustment
  • Visual Inspection
  • Operational check

In addition to the above our engineer will carry out the following on an annual basis:

  • Annual Supplimentary Test
  • Annual Risk Assessment

The engineer will submit a written report on the condition of the lift / escalator with recommendations for any additional work duly noted.

Silver

As bronze plus attendances to call-outs within normal working hours.

Gold

As silver plus replacement of specified parts, including labour associated with repair works within the contract agreement.
